I think the second ad is much stronger. Less technical specs about tuna and more to the point. I think you could trim some of the words down a little bit more - maybe something like "Our white tuna is Solid Gold" or "Solid Gold Tuna is Pure White". With the picture of the can, calling it "tuna fish" may be a little redundant.
